While we adore your little ones, our wedding celebration will be an adults-only occasion. We hope this allows you to fully relax and enjoy the evening with us.
Due to the intimacy of our celebration, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on your invitation. We kindly appreciate your understanding.
All travel recommendations, hotel blocks, and itinerary updates become available on our wedding website after you RSVP. The closest airports are Querétaro (QRO) and León/Bajío (BJX), both approximately 1–1.5 hours from San Miguel de Allende.
Our dress code varies by event. For Thursday's callejoneada and rooftop gathering, we invite you to dress casually and comfortably—think festive but relaxed, with shoes you can stroll cobblestone streets in. For Friday's ceremony and reception, the dress code is formal. Ladies are invited to wear cocktail dresses or gowns, and gentlemen are requested to wear suits.
San Miguel de Allende is known for its beautiful cobblestone streets, which can be uneven. For your comfort and safety, traditional heels are discouraged. We recommend block heels or elegant flats.
San Miguel de Allende typically offers warm, sunny days in the mid-70s to mid-80s°F, with cooler evenings dropping into the low 50s°F. As both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, we suggest bringing a light wrap or jacket for the evening.
We invite you to be fully present with us during this meaningful moment. Our ceremony will be unplugged, and we kindly ask that phones and cameras remain put away.
Yes—once the celebration begins, cameras and phones are welcome. We encourage you to capture and enjoy the evening.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time to be seated before we begin.
Guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation. Most of our recommended hotels are within a 10–20 minute walk to the venue. The exact walking distance for each hotel is noted in its description on our website. Please allow extra time due to cobblestone streets and potential traffic.
Parking at Instituto Allende is very limited. We encourage guests to use taxis or rideshare services whenever possible.
San Miguel de Allende sits at a higher elevation. Some guests may experience mild effects such as fatigue or dehydration. We recommend staying well hydrated and taking it easy upon arrival.
Yes—please come ready to celebrate. Dinner, cocktails, and dancing will be provided throughout the evening.

Mexico uses the Mexican Peso (MXN). While many places accept credit cards, we recommend having some cash on hand for taxis, tips, and small purchases.
